If you think you have what it takes to become Stick ‘n’ Step’s Strictly dance champion 2025 and you love the idea of taking part in a glitzy and glamorous black tie event, to help raise much-needed funds for our charity, please call Norma on 07711 133 284, or email fundraising@sticknstep.org. No dance experience is necessary!

A team of 22 people who work together at Urenco, in Capenhurst, are running the MBNA Chester Metric/Marathon 2024 on Sunday 6th October to fundraise for us.

Inspired to take part in the event after forming a lunch time run club at work, set up by Chloe Williams, the team from Urenco, which has been a long-time supporter of ours, have set themselves the target of raising £5,000.

The uncle of one of the children who attends our Wallasey centre is also taking part in the Chester Marathon this year. Jacob Johns, whose nephew William, aged 6, from Birkenhead, has been going to Stick ‘n’ Step for two years, says,

Stick ‘n’ Step is solely reliant on donations to keep running and receives no government funding for the amazing work it does. This incredible charity enables, inspires, and supports William and hundreds of children like him with their confidence, mobility and independence.
