What You Need to Know Before Your Jump: Your Ticket to the Sky
Before taking the leap, let’s make sure you’re ready for takeoff. British Skydiving sets the guidelines, and we’re here to ensure a safe and incredible experience.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 to tandem skydive in the UK. Under 18s need parental consent. There’s no strict upper age limit, but those over 70 require doctor’s approval.

Weight Limits: Most centers, including Skydive Tilstock, have weight limits due to safety restrictions. Please check with us for details.

Medical Conditions: Certain conditions like epilepsy or heart disease may require a medical sign-off. Contact your doctor if you have pre-existing health concerns.

Stick ‘n’ Step receives no government funding, we rely greatly on supporters signing up to events like the Tandem Skydive. Without the bravery and courage of supporters like you signing up to these epic challenges and raising sponsorship, we would be unable to continue our vital work providing life changing support to the children and young adults that attend Stick ‘n’ Step. The sponsorship money you raise will help to fund and deliver our services to over 100 families across the North West each year.
