Are you a keen golfer? We are thrilled to have been selected as the chosen charity this year for Runcorn Golf Club and Carus Green Golf Club. Please contact our fundraising team for more details - fundraising@sticknstep.org.

Looking for an unforgettable fundraising challenge this summer? We are looking for volunteers to join a magical trek to the top of Wales’ highest mountain, Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon) on this year’s summer solstice in June.

Everyone taking part in this nine mile trek will experience sunset and sunrise in one amazing night, enjoying the great outdoors together, while raising funds to help us support children and young people with cerebral palsy.

The event takes place from 9.00pm on Friday 21 June to the early hours of Saturday 22 June. We have teamed up with experienced guides at RAW Adventures, who will provide support on the expedition to the 1,085 metres high summit.

To take part in this incredible event and help transform lives, all you need to do is register by 30th May, at a cost of £25 and undertake to raise a minimum amount of £100 in sponsorship.

  • Location: Llanberis, North Wales
  • Date: Friday 21 June, 9:00 pm (meet at 8.30pm) to Saturday 22 June (approximately 4.30am)

Our Corporate Fundraiser Jo Fowler, says,

Summer Solstice on Snowdon will be a once-in-a-lifetime occasion to challenge yourself, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of nature. We think this would be the perfect opportunity for any organisations looking for a special way to spend a Volunteer Day. Work colleagues will enjoy pushing their personal limits, boosting their resilience and team building together, while supporting a worthy cause.
