Stick n Step

Welcome to Stick n Step

Welcome to Stick ‘n’ Step, the North West’s leading charity provider of FREE Conductive Education for children between 0 and 16 years of age.

Founded in January 2004, children with Cerebral Palsy from North Wales, Merseyside, Cheshire and Greater Manchester, have received free intensive support from Stick ‘n’ Step to help improve their mobility, confidence, self-esteem and well being.

Facilitated by some of Hungary’s most experienced Conductors - trained at the world re-known Peto Institute in Budapest - Stick ‘n’ Step has carved out a reputation second to none, allowing the children that regularly attend our centre to maximise their potential and independence.

With a weekly overhead of £4,500, Stick ‘n’ Step is a parent led charity that relies on the generosity and support of its Trustees, Parents and a wide range of innovative fund raising activities to finance the centre.

We hope you find this web site informative, providing an in depth insight into our work, but please do not hesitate to contact our centre staff if you have any questions or suggestions to improve our services or if you want to become involved in any of our fundraising events.
