Every year we have to raise in excess of £660,000 to allow us to continue to do what we do. As the organisation grows and develops over the next few years, that figure is set to grow considerably.
Happily, we are blessed with the support and generosity of a huge range of businesses, communities, individuals and grant-making trusts and foundations. Every year these amazing army of people commits to helping us to raise the funds that we need to continue to help children and young people with cerebral palsy to flourish and to reach their personal potential.
We already have the support of some major local and national funders, including The National Lottery Reaching Communities Fund, The Steve Morgan Foundation, BBC Children in Need, The Williams Family Foundation, The PH Holt Foundation, Edward Gostling Foundation, The Garfield Weston Foundation, Postcode Community Trust, Medicash Charitable Trust, The Johnson Foundation, The Ursula Keyes Trust, The Cheshire Community Foundation and many others.
Many of our funders support our core classroom conductive education work - either by funding a specific class, age group, or children from a particular area. Some funders will help us with the costs of classroom equipment or learning resources; and other funders pay for our Christmas Party, Summer School or other short term projects throughout the year.
We believe in maintaining strong, open relationships with our funders and we are always looking for new ways to help you to understand more about the work that we do, and to become as passionate about our work as we are.
We invite supporters to visit our centres to see our work first hand; we're committed to celebrating funders in the press and on social media; and we are always working hard to find new ways to help funders to reach their targets, goals and aspirations through our work.
