Would you like to be among the thousands of curly-headed smashers of all ages walking, jogging, or legging it around the 5k or 3k route?
Whether you're a seasoned runner, you're just getting into it or if you don't run at all and just want to have fun- fun runs are perfect for everyone! And best of all, you get to dress up!
On Saturday 24th September, the Scouse 5K is back, taking place in Sefton Park for the very first time. There’s also a 3K option this year for smaller Scousers! Join thousands of other runners and walkers and sign up, choose your wig and come on down for some fun in the park. From blue to pink to black, there are lots of different wigs to choose from, and fancy dress is seriously encouraged!

How will we support you?
All curly-headed runners taking part will be fully supported by the Stick ‘n’ Step Fundraising Team and receive a charity-branded t-shirt to wear proudly while doing their running challenge. Once completed you will receive a glittery medal!
Step up to the challenge for Stick ‘n’ Step and help make sure children and young people with cerebral palsy are supported in the Northwest.
