Term Dates for the 2012-2013 academic year.  Please note we have inserted 4 Inset days to allow time for the staff to plan for the new term.

Assessment Form Please complete this form before bringing your child for their assessment.  We cannot see your child without this information.

Infectious Diseases If you think your child may have any of these conditions, please do not bring them to the centre until they are fully well again.  It is important that we control illnesses among children who have compromised immune systems.  If in doubt, please call us.
