Meet the Trustees:
Anne Archer
Anne Archer is a jeweller by trade, but has become involved in Stick ‘n’ Step through her daughter who has advanced cerebral palsy. She is also a committee member of the local Special Needs Toy Library, and a Parent Governor of the Lyndale Special School.
William Gallagher
William is a Business Director of a large local commercial business and brings with him expertise in the fields of business operations, financial control, personnel management, and marketing. William has an MA in Law and Politics from Cambridge.
Claire Hewitt
Claire Hewitt has been deeply involved with cerebral palsy and Conductive Education over the years and spent three of them as a Head Teacher of a Conductive Education school in the London area. She has many connections with other Conductive Education centres/schools and also used to work for Scope.
Sean Pattinson
Sean is the Director of a regional commercial sales company and has a son with cerebral palsy. He brings commercial knowledge, and HR management advice. He and his family have been great supporters of Stick 'n' Step over the years.
Karen Turner-Riley
Karen has a child with cerebral palsy and has been involved with Stick 'n' Step since its creation in 2002. She has an in-depth knowledge of how the charity works as well as a great understanding of cerebral palsy and Conductive Education. Karen's child has been attending Conductive Education sessions since she was four.
John Byrne
John is the senior partner of a commercial property investments firm and also the owner of serviced and virtual offices in Liscard. He brings a wealth of knowledge of the retail sector together with local contacts in numerous fields.
