February 2010

Thursday 25th - Offical Launch party - 1.30pm

We've unpacked our boxes, painted our walls and would love you to come and help us celebrate our fabulous new home..........

Along with some very special guests we will offically open our new centre with refreshments and entertainment.

It's official, we've arrived. Please let us know if you can join us.

March 2010

29th March to 10th April - Easter break

We finish on Saturday 27th March for two weeks.  The Centre will be closed for sessions, but will remain open for any admin enquiries.  If you need us at all during this time, please call us on 0151 638 0888.

We open the door to the children again on Monday 12th April at 9.30am.

April 2010

Wednesday 7th April and Saturday 17th April

Fancy a trip on a narrow boat?  We start from the boat museum at Ellesmere Port sailing at 9.30am.  We sail for 6 hours in total, travelling up the Telford Basin to Chester.  Time for lunch, stretch your legs and then sail back.  We would ask that each child is accompanied by one adult.  Fancy it?  We have trips on Wednesday 7th April and Saturday 17th April.  Just let us know if you are interested.

Sunday May 9th - Run Liverpool Womens 10k

The past few years have seen two mums race for their lives through Sefton Park.  Why not join them this year and give them a run for their money?  See you there?

Sunday 23rd May 2010 - Wirral Coastal Walk

If you've never done this before, then why not make it this year that you have a go.  It's a great day out, wandering at your own pace around the Wirral coastline.  You'll bump in to lots of our familieswho make this their annual fundraising event for Stick 'n' Step.  Go on, give it a go!!  See you there? Sunday 30th May 2010 - Run Liverpool Mersey Tunnel 10k

If you don't fancy running around Sefton Park, then how about running from the heart of Liverpool underneath the Mersey, through the tunnel and finish on New Brighton Promenade?

Sunday 5th December - Santa Dash 2010

Go on.......why not join Joseph and all the family for a run through the streets of Liverpool?  Joseph's family have been doing it for years and in the last couple of years, they have been joined by the staff of the Formby surgery.  Thanks to you all for every penny you have collected. Even Sarah had a go during 2009 (you don't get a medal if you don't finish!)
